Week #3, Free Post: Admission to Broad Business College MSU

The process for a MSU student to get into the Business College, which is called Eli Broad College of Business is not very simple. Searching and talking with an advisor I could discover a little bit more about it.
The student must have :
- completed at least 56 credits at lest
- a good cumulative GPA 
- completed the precode courses, which are:

• CSE 101
• EC 201
• EC 202
• ACC 201
• ACC 202

Other then this academic facts, the student will be evaluated in a case of study and also with an experiential profile:

- Case of study, proctored case study considering characteristics in one of the following thematic areas which will be randomly assigned:

• Integrity
• Initiative & resourcefulness
• Professional relationships & teamwork

- Experiential Profile, an online experiential profile considering the following qualities:

• Level of passion
  Enthusiasm & sustained commitment to business
• Tangible connection
  Between experience & business principles
• Level of responsibility
  Increased level of duties & responsibilities
• Duration of experience, total hours

The application process happen during the spring semester, you usually have until march to complete it, and the answer will come in may.

A good thing to do is talk with you advisor as soon as possible an discuss about the process, never think is too early for it.
